The RTA along with CTA, Metra, Pace, Illinois Department of Transportation and the Illinois Tollway are proud to host the 20th Annual Transportation Symposium and Business Exchange themed “Battle of the Bids.”
Battle of the Bids is an exciting three part event that will not only bring out the drive and competition needed for businesses to succeed, but will also teach all participants how to effectively and successfully compete for government contracts.
The three events are specifically aimed at transit-related businesses including construction companies, professional service firms, manufacturers, architects/engineers and suppliers. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, Minority Owned Business Enterprises, Women Owned Business Enterprises, Veteran Owned Small Business and Small Business Enterprises are strongly encouraged to attend and obtain valuable information regarding the best way to seek transit agency contracts.
