Temporary Shutdown for RTA’s Travel Information Center

The Regional Transportation Authority’s Travel Information Center (TIC) operators will be unavailable from Wednesday, April 27, beginning at 10 p.m. until Thursday, April 28 at 5 a.m., due to water supply maintenance issues. Commuters can plan their trips using the RTA’s online trip planner by visiting www.goroo.com or www.google.com/transit.

The TIC operates 365 days a year from 5 a.m. to 1 a.m. and assisted more than 5,300,000 callers to their destination last year. The RTA apologizes for any inconvenience and appreciates your patience.
