NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING THE INTENT OF THE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY TO ADOPT AN ANNUAL BUDGET, TWO-YEAR FINANCIAL PLAN, AND FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL PROGRAM. PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Regional Transportation Authority (the “Authority”) will be holding a public hearing to receive public comments on the Authority’s Annual Budget, Two-Year Financial Plan, and Five-Year Capital Program, all in accordance with the Regional Transportation Authority Act, 70 ILCS 3615, et seq.
