RTA Congratulates Metra's New Chairman

On behalf of the Regional Transportation Authority Board, I extend congratulations to Brad O’Halloran for being elevated from Metra’s Board of Directors to the agency’s new Chairman. We appreciate Metra’s approach to institute a Cook and Collar County Chairman rotation that will help sustain a regional perspective for the transit system. Also, we thank Larry Huggins for his service as Metra’s Acting Chairman since last year.
