RTA and CTA to Host Six Public Events for Individuals Who Have Reduced Fare, Ride Free and ADA permits

The Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) and the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) will host six customer service and balance transfer events in December. At each meeting staff will assist customers with transitioning to the Ventra card. Seniors and people with disabilities with Reduced Fare, Ride Free and ADA permits are invited to attend to:
