The Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) and the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) will host six customer service and balance transfer events in December. At each meeting staff will assist customers with transitioning to the Ventra card. Seniors and people with disabilities with Reduced Fare, Ride Free and ADA permits are invited to attend to:

  • Learn how to activate and use the new Ventra permit
  • Transfer existing balances from “legacy” cards to new Ventra permits
  • Obtain assistance if a new permit has not been received
  • Update customer information if necessary

For questions about the events please contact 312-913-3153.
